Cheap but not Clean.

Other than location nothing

All Pillow covers and bed-sheets are very very very old. Sofas are very dirty, kitchen is like never cleaned. Matress provided are very old and uncomfortable. Washrooms are dirty with old plumbing.

for a single male with low badget .. sure .. but don’t get your hopes up…

price & location & somewhat clean

not totally clean .. the bed material (cotton) held some black dots even after washing .. hair everywhere in bed room .. living room AC switch broken .. bathroom wall almost falling .. wooden doors look like trash & have ants im some .. even bed sheets had some smell… i dont think the wash it after every check out .. or poorly washing… bacteria could transfer this way…

- the man behind the reception talking look like he doesn’t want you stay in apartment. - the room is totally different from the pictures in Booking.com. - no parking , I had to park far away

Hygiene, I stayed five days and beside requesting many times staff didn’t show up for cleaning. Mosquitoes were busy flying around. The room was smelly

ALMOST

It was presentable and the room that they have provided us is tidy. The bathroom is also maintained. There was also a small dining table and kitchen where you can reheat your food. A fridge for your beverages is also a bonus.

We checked in at 2300H and day later before lunch 1230H we where called up telling us that our time was up. It was unlikely to send guests out of the premises during that time since it is scorching hot outside and most of the restos aren't opened yet. They don't have consideration if you check in late night you still have to go.

I have good experience there.

Valuable prices, reservation Abdulkader has great attitude and more helpful.

Bed linen and sheets need more clean, I guess it's not changed or clean after each use.

Best choice for drained wallet.

Location

Parking lot is not easy to find nearby hotel, underground parking is not suitable and not clean. Water supply has been interrupted during my stay and I was not able to take my daily early morning shower. Noise coming out from elevator motor screw out the entire ambiance of the hotel. you cant even sleep or enjoy a cup of hot drink when you hear the machine. Not to mention the sound coming out of adjacent rooms and doors.

The location is the only thing good

1) Staff are not good at all, they are so rude and not professional at all from the reception to the portal guy. 2) Room and reception were very very small. 3) Only 2 small chairs were available in the reception. 4) Bathroom is so small even when you open the door it will hit the toilet and it was nit clean and the light was so dim.

Nothing

Rude staff. No hot water in shower.No water pressure. Even after 2-3 reminders rude staff didnt help. Night staff said 6 AM someone will help. Morning staff said no one communicated to them hence they cant help.

The mattress is stiff. The price was the cheapest, but can be less though. TV was not working! No view from the window!

worst reception staff i had ever met.

it's beside king fahd road, and near my office

arabic staff are very bad staff (i am arabic so i am not biased), they even didn't reply greetings, and they don't look at you when they talk bakistani guy was ok very bad bed, noisy staff.
